While You’re Away
- Monthly/bimonthly visits to your property
- Ensure that all doors and windows are secure
- Check throughout for leaks and water damage
- Walk the perimeter of the property
- Inspect for pests such as insects and rodents
- Conduct trial runs of faucets, disposals, and toilets
- Operate as an acting emergency contact
- Observe electrical panel for tripped breakers
- Instantaneous reporting of abnormalities to homeowner
- 25-point inspection report provided to owner after every visit
